Private beta · invite-only
The AI for your relationships.
InterpretationDecisionAction
Krewva builds a blueprint of you and the people in your life — to surface the obligations hiding in your conversations, read the context, decide what to do, and close the loop with actions you approve.
Currently invite-only
Every light is someone in your life. The whole picture your apps can’t see — finally in one place.
Obligations in life are born in private conversations — and nothing happens until something breaks.
Your mom’s on WhatsApp. Your kid’s school sends iMessages. Your partner books dinner over Gmail. Your boss asks in Slack. Every one of those apps is enormous, and not one of them can see into the others.
So the work of seeing across them all falls on you. You’re the one who remembers your mom asked about the weekend. You’re the one tracking the permission slip and the RSVP and the doctor’s callback. You’re the one who notices you just said yes to two different things on Friday night.
You weren’t supposed to be this. You’re supposed to be at dinner.
How it works
Three steps. Then Krewva gets to work.
Connect the apps you already use.
iMessage, WhatsApp, Gmail, Calendar — connect once. Krewva won’t send anything for you yet. First it learns.
Krewva builds your Life Map.
In about a minute, Krewva reads your last 90 days and draws the map: who matters, what you’ve promised, what’s coming due. “Found 247 people across your apps. Here are the 18 who matter most.”
Krewva hands you a short stack of decisions.
Five to fifteen a day. Each one already drafted — here’s what to do, why, and what Krewva would send. You tap to approve, edit, or wave off. The more you trust it, the more it quietly handles on its own.
What Krewva does for you
Three things, every day, in the background.
Krewva sees everything in one place.
Your mom’s WhatsApp. Your kid’s school iMessage. Your spouse’s Gmail thread about Friday. Krewva is the one place they meet.
Krewva drafts in your voice.
Krewva knows you reply differently to your boss than to your mother. It writes the way you actually write — to each person.
Krewva never forgets what matters.
Your mother-in-law’s birthday. Your kid’s allergies. The Zoom link you always send Sarah. Krewva keeps all of it. You see all of it.
The three things Krewva catches — before they catch you.
The double-yes.
You said yes to dinner Friday on WhatsApp. You already said yes to Mike on Gmail for the same night. Krewva catches it before you double-book your life.
The thing you said you’d do.
“I’ll send it Tuesday.” “I’ll call the doctor.” “I’ll Venmo you the sixty bucks.” Krewva tracks every promise you made — and the ones people made to you — before they slip.
The deadline buried three weeks deep.
The visa form. The kid’s permission slip. Your dad’s Medicare window. Buried in an email a month ago. Krewva digs it out before it’s too late.
Krewva vs. the alternatives
Built for approved action, not another chat window.
Everything else either answers you in its own window or quietly acts without asking. Krewva does the work across your apps and waits for your yes.
Works across your real apps
- Krewva
- Yes: Gmail, iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack, and Calendar — together, in one place.
- A chat app
- No: Lives in its own window. Doesn’t see your messages.
- Your phone’s AI
- Partly: Smart inside its own apps. Doesn’t reach WhatsApp or Gmail.
- An inbox app
- Partly: Pulls your chats into one inbox — messaging only.
- Automation tools
- Partly: Can touch many apps — after you wire up every rule yourself.
Asks before it acts
- Krewva
- Yes: You approve every send. Nothing leaves without your yes.
- A chat app
- No: Hands you text to copy. It can’t act for you at all.
- Your phone’s AI
- Partly: Does small tasks, but rarely sends to people on your behalf.
- An inbox app
- No: You write and send everything by hand.
- Automation tools
- No: Fire automatically once set — no approval, no second look.
Writes in your voice, per person
- Krewva
- Yes: Krewva learns how you talk to your mom versus your boss, and matches each.
- A chat app
- Partly: Sounds like itself unless you re-explain your style every time.
- Your phone’s AI
- No: Generic phrasing. Doesn’t know your people.
- An inbox app
- No: Doesn’t write for you — just shows the messages.
- Automation tools
- No: Sends the same canned template to everyone.
Handles life admin, not just messages
- Krewva
- Yes: Money, school, health, and documents — the whole picture, not only the chat.
- A chat app
- No: Answers questions. Doesn’t track the loose ends of your life.
- Your phone’s AI
- No: Reminders and timers — it doesn’t chase the real to-dos.
- An inbox app
- No: Messages only. The bill and the form aren’t its job.
- Automation tools
- Partly: Can move data between apps — but it never decides what matters.
Remembers what worked and gets better
- Krewva
- Yes: Krewva remembers the edits you make and gets closer to right each time.
- A chat app
- Partly: Forgets between chats unless you keep reminding it.
- Your phone’s AI
- No: Doesn’t learn your relationships over time.
- An inbox app
- No: Stays exactly the same the longer you use it.
- Automation tools
- No: Repeats the rule as written — it never improves on its own.
Default behavior
- Krewva
- Yes: Catches what needs doing and drafts the action — you just approve.
- A chat app
- Partly: Waits for you to ask, then answers one thing.
- Your phone’s AI
- Partly: Waits for a command inside its own apps.
- An inbox app
- Partly: Shows you everything and leaves the work to you.
- Automation tools
- No: Run blind on rules you have to build and maintain.

Questions
The things people ask.
What is Krewva, really?
Krewva is the crew that runs your life across the apps you already use. It reads what’s happening in your messages, your inbox, and your calendar, notices what needs doing, and hands you a short stack of decisions — already drafted. You tap to approve. That’s it.
Which apps do you work with?
Today: iMessage, WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Slack. Coming: Instagram, Telegram, WeChat, Microsoft Teams, school portals, and more. You connect only what you want, and you can disconnect any of it in one tap.
Do you read all my messages?
Krewva reads what it needs to do the job, from the accounts you connect — and only those. You can see everything it’s kept, edit anything that’s wrong, and pause it anytime. It doesn’t keep your raw messages around: they’re held encrypted for 30 days, then purged. What it remembers about your life and your promises stays only as long as you want it to.
Is this private? Is it safe?
Your accounts are yours — you log in, you authorize, you stay in control. Krewva works with them the way you would, on your device, with your consent. It doesn’t sell your data, it doesn’t train AI on your conversations, and the sensitive parts are encrypted with keys on your device. The full Trust Charter spells out every line.
Can you send things without asking me?
Not until you say it can — and never for anything that matters. Anything involving money, your kids’ safety, or a high-stakes conversation always waits for your tap. For small, low-stakes replies, you can choose to let Krewva handle them once it’s earned it. Auto-send isn’t a feature you flip on. It’s trust you give Krewva, one relationship at a time.
What will it cost?
Free for your first 7 days. After that, $2.99 a week, or $8.99 a month, or $13.99 a month if you want more headroom. Cancel any Tuesday. During the private beta, founding members are free.
When do I get in?
Krewva is hand-inviting about 200 households a week. Get on the list and we’ll write you the week it’s your turn — one email, no marketing.
How do I delete my data?
One tap. Account closed, everything Krewva knows about you exported to you first if you want it, then purged within 24 hours. No backups beyond what the law requires it to keep. Leaving is as easy as joining.
A chat window gives you an answer. Krewva gives you a receipt.
Currently invite-only. One email, the week it’s your turn.
